About Us
The Forensic Group is an association
of independent Forensic Consultants who have
experience as Expert Witnesses. We support our Clients
(generally attorneys, government agencies, insurance or other companies)
who are involved in potential or ongoing litigation. Our Clients
may be on the plaintiff or defense side, and the case may be related to
criminal or civil litigation.
Our expertise helps our Client
understand a disputed product, event, or issue as the Client prepares to
resolve the situation by agreement, mediation, arbitration or trial.
We can guide our Client to important resources during the investigation
and discovery phase of each case, and we can identify key issues, such
as important safety and industrial standards, and expected standards of
care.
